Scott's bass lessons has an online metronome that looks useful for Victor Wooten type of exercises. You can set the metronome to only play certain beats of the bar. Or set the metronome to drop out for a certain number of bars and come back in again.

I’m a big fan of the Scott’s Bass Lessons videos on YouTube and can easily kill an afternoon or evening watching them. I’ve considered signing up for the more in depth courses on more than one occasion.
