The great all knowing algorithm just recommended me these videos, I thought maybe they could be of use here. I dive under boats and clean off the growth so my hands and forearms can get pretty tense. I’m pretty stoked to find an extensive warm up routine from a flamenco player. Right hand: Left hand: Grisha has spider fingers
