Let me tell you why I love this festival so much. It is now in its 5th edition and every year it has brought exciting artists and events. Guitar-making courses and exhibitions of instruments, a competition for guitar-makers bringing makers from every corner of the globe, and a consistently amazing turnout of aficionados even last year with all the social distancing, masks and cancelled festivals. However, for me it all boils down to two or three weeks of guitar-related activities and a city full of players, teachers and makers. No, its not like I make a lot of sales in that time but I have met potencial clients and inspiring players.
Check out the programming this year, it seems heavier on flamenco than usual.
