For anyone interested in Leiva's Paco transcriptions, you can now "stream" them - I'm guessing download and print ? - maybe someone can clarify.

You don't get the hard copy of the book, but the beauty is there is no shipping cost.

Looks pretty good. You can order a free “sample” on the site. I don’t think you can download the tabs. Of course, there would be nothing stopping you from taking screen shots.

Annoyingly, Fuente Y Caudal isn’t available online. That’s the one l want!

...just curious - what pieces in particular ? - or are all of them equally important to you ?

Awesome thanks for sharing. Been wanting to get the Luzia book and now I can have instant gratification. That is until I start to try and actually play something from it. Then that feeling goes away.

They changed the store name and I accidentally ordered the digital version but wanted the hard copy. They were cool about it and just made a special form that charged me the difference.

Got the hard copy in the mail on Sunday. Siroco book has a chord chart for the rumba if you are interested.

I've come to be happy with just UNDERSTANDING the piece - that is, being able to put my fingers in the right place, understand the rhythm of the piece, and understand the harmony....then when it comes to trying to perform it...well, I don't hold myself to that standard - hek, I don't even play out. Not to say I don't work the tempo up on some of the stuff I've learned....that's what this old man has come to lol

How long did it take for it to come in the mail?

Fuente y Caudal is available from Alain Faucher (which you can get almost anywhere for free). From what I see it is pretty accurate.

A week, wow that’s a lot faster than expected!

Book is nice to have although I do like using my iPad these days. Don’t have to worry about the book closing on me lol

Sorry I thought you meant just the taranta itself. But the rest are also widely available though :) If not for free then there is mysongbook transcriptions which I used a few times and they are quite good (for anything not precisely written I just use my ears to correct). Each costs like $2 to permanently have.
