Andy Culpepper -> 2017 Culpepper #83 (Apr. 29 2021 4:29:12)

Hi all,
I have a pretty special guitar here for sale. This guitar was built for a professional player here on the east coast, who happens to be a very large man. It has a 660 scale length, 54.5mm nut width, 61 mm string spacing at the bridge, and a slightly wider plantilla. If you're tall/long this may be the perfect guitar for you, and it's certainly playable if you're more normal sized too. The action and neck are extremely comfortable.
This guitar was played HARD for 3.5 years, and is now being traded in as partial payment for a new instrument. Despite its many hours of play, the French polish has been repaired a few times and it is in pretty good shape, with a few finish blemishes here and there. It also has two repaired and stable cracks, one in the back and one in the heel. It is well opened up with though, and LOUD with a really nice flamenco attack. The side sound port also helps give more feedback to the player.
Kai Narezo recently played this guitar and was impressed enough to have a hard time putting it down. It really is very powerful, and also comes with an LR Baggs Dual Source pickup system installed.

Asking $3000 + shipping, with case included and a 3 day trial period. Truly a professional level instrument for the right player.

Top: Spruce
Back and sides: Alaska Yellow Cedar a.k.a. Canadian Cypress
Neck/fingerboard: Spanish Cedar/Macassar Ebony
Handmade grapevine motif rosette

Price drop to $2200. It's actually surprisingly easy to play for a normal human, despite the larger specs. Sounds great, and cracks are stable as ever.
