If you look up the coats of armour of the province and also of the city, you'll see it featured. edit: for instance: https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archivo:Escudo_de_la_provincia_de_Granada_(España).svg (the tilde is messing up the link, but if you copy-paste the whole thing instead of clicking on it, it will work)
