See example pictures and hyperlinks to websites . Is natural gloss another name for matt , or what's going on ? In the longer run, matt finished guitars will often show shiny spots where the player contacts the guitar with skin (hand/arm). For example on the body (top) and neck. On the other hand, matt finished guitars are said to produce a better sound.
