The Conde will hold value better if you change your mind. They're overpriced upfront but not necessarily bad guitars - I have a cheap Ricardo Sanchis Carpio blanca because it sounds like a Conde... Veblen goods.

I bought both second hand, I'm not really interested in the status of the label, it's to do with how I get on with playing the guitar. The one I sold just didn't suit me, although I have played others of the same model that I thought were really good. Maybe if I took those home and played them for 6 months or a year I would come to the same conclusion, I don't know. The negra I have kept I am still undecided on. I think it is a "better" guitar than the blanca I sold. It is a very powerful guitar (the other one lacked something in this department) but I don't feel it's so easy for me to play. It's very personal and subjective, and I guess also individual guitars from the same make and model will develop and age differently.
