Any ideas what the meaning might be of "guillarme" in the first line of this seguiriyas of La Nina de los Peines?

To leave. To flee. (according to RAE dictionary)
Same thing as the second line basically.

Or she's saying she wants to become a camel guide. Can't be sure.

Oh no wait, "I am my own camel guide". That's it. 100% sure.

Wait... are there camels in Armenia? Does she need a camel to get there? She'd really stand out if she took the Northern route on a camel. Though I guess Hannibal did ski down the Alps on elephants, so it's not that weird. Really her best bet is by sea. If she gets off in the port of Hopa in Northern Turkey, she can take the D010, then a left on the D060 and get straight to the Armenian border. I just hope her camel can swim.

But really it's the first thing: to leave, to flee. Probably.

Ah ha, so it's all about camel fleas!! She's so sad about the fleas she doesn't care if it's guillarme or guillarse, the fleas are driving her to flee, and she's fleeing from the fleas, far out to sea... on a ocean bearing camel... that can't swim.

Muchas gracias por la aclaración!!

Hi!

I think the correct translation is 'I would like to leave'

'Guillarse' means 'irse' 'pirarse'... then 'Guillarme' is 'irme'

Quite complicate my friend!

Saludos

I can tell you that "yo camelo" from "camelar" means "I love" in Calo (accent on the o), the Gitano language.

I’d love to get out of here, and go to the Armenian Mountain range where No moors or Christians can bother me.

Very racist.

But isn't there a Pepe de Lucía song named "No Me Vengas A Camelar" where "camelar" means "(to go) by foot" ?
