There's no telling how many problems I might have been able to avoid with better habits. Well, I got the following device:

It might seem gimmicky, but it's actually working very well for me. I'm using the necklace instead of sticking it to my back. It allows calibrating and setting of sensitivity. When working at my desk or playing guitar, I sit my phone up and watch the little graphic that tracks my posture angle in real time. At first, it was difficult to play or work as this thing was constantly vibrating because I slouch so frequently. 2 days in and I'm getting dramatically better about being conscious of my posture.
