Thanks AndresK...this guitar is a real joy to play! Sounds clips are very difficult to get a true sense of sound quality and volume, but they help. I like the brilliance of this Negra with the associated mild rasp it voices. I own many Spanish built flamencos, and have not had the time to make all the comparisons. However I did compare it to my 2007 Juan Gonzalez Blanca #146. Perhaps a little unfair as blanca vs Negra...however I played a Conde Negra once that voiced a strong blanca quality. Gonzalez more rasp similar volume but as expected less brilliance, but not inferior, both wonderful guitars...it's a toss up, neither I would part with. Just different. Both of these builders use wood from very old stock, I think this is key in getting an above average guitar, as is the skill of the builder. The first real Flamenco guitar I played over 20 years ago was a very old at the time, Francisco Barba Cedar top my first teacher owned...this guitar was the ipitome of the Flamenco sound I fell in love with...dry, very raspy and loud as hell. Be well James
