Built by one of the finest luthiers in Granada this instrument possesses a true Andalusian voice with firm basses, a vibrant mid-range and singing trebles.
It is resonant with great power and a wonderful flamenco tone.
The guitar has a great playability with a straight neck and perfect neck angle.
It had been refretted by Stephen Frith one of the best English luthiers and restorer of fine instruments from Reyes to Fleta, Manzanero etc. So it plays flawlessly as a recent Bellido.
The guitar is in perfect structural condition with no damage, cracks or other faults whatsoever.
From a cosmetic point of view there is some lacquer crazing, lacquer marks and a number of scratches and small dents. All consistent with a 50 years old guitar. I confirm that the guitar is solid and beautiful.
It is beautifully built and features a German spruce top a very nice back and sides figured rosewood. The rosette, bridge and headstock are also attractive. Tuners are good quality, maybe early Fustero and work well.
