Hi There is a formula that should be used to get the setup right. SH = FB + FH + (A * 2) - (N + D) SH = string height at the bridge FB = fretboard thickness FH = fret height A = string height at 12th fret N = amount of neck deflection at the nut ie 2mm D = dome This pretty much nails it. So it all depends on the variables. A is known to be about 3mm at the 12 fret on Flamenco guitars. N is 2mm on most flamenco guitars but it depends on the other variables, especially the amount of soundboard doming D F is usually 5.5 to 6mm on most Flamencas FH depends on the type of fretwire used These are things blueprints can't really picture, but they are crucial.
