When Larisa and I first went to Jerez together more than 12 years ago, we stayed at a hotel across the street from the Sandeman bodega. The whole neighborhood was bathed in a soft warm aroma. Sadly, the financial crisis seems to have taken out the hotel. Sandeman soldiers on. RNJ
