It has been played very carefully (no damage) for 6 years to open up and mature the sound. I have also treated it with ToneRite for 20 hours to further enhance the sound. I also had this guitar setup by professional luthier John Vergara in Beacon, NY which has made the guitar REALLY impressively good (honestly better than several luthier made instruments I've played) in terms of ease of intonation and playability. The instrument is in more or less perfect condition.
The reason I am selling it is because I now own a luthier made guitar by Andy Culpepper as well as a Cordoba GK Studio Negra. I barely find time to play guitar anymore, so there's no point for me to have three guitars sit in the closet.
