Ditto. Damn, I didn’t even realise he was dead. Spanish Wikipedia doesn’t even have an article about him.

How did it happen? Was it a further result of his accident?

I don´t think he has died, but he suffered serious damage to his arm and can no longer play.

I only met him once, waiting for trains in the station of Sevilla. He was a very private person, but because he always played a Gerundino, which was identical to mine, with the boca de mariposas (300ptas) we struck up a conversation, which I shall always remember.
