Hello Neotriz,
I would highly recommend Alan Perlman. He works and lives in the Sunset a couple of blocks from Ocean Beach. He has done setups on two guitars for me and they were done perfectly, quickly and reasonably. He also builds very nice guitars and other stringed instruments. I believe he collects them. I would recommend you phone him rather than email. My experience has been that busy luthiers do not seem to check their emails often. I have included the web link below. Hope this helps.
