NorCalluthier -> Tusq for nut and saddle? (Jun. 25 2017 17:05:56)

Hello All,

I recently got an advertising email from Graph Tech because I came up on some list as running a "school". I teach guitar making on an individual basis, but I guess that's enough to qualify me as a school!

Anyway, It made me curious to know whether any classical or flamenco builders use Graph Tech's "Tusq" material for either nuts or saddles.

A new product of theirs is Tusq XL which is impregnated with Teflon to lower friction. That might be nice used in a nut.

Cheers,

Brian
