Looking at your initial posts, it appears that you ordered a Francisco Molina through Amazon Spain. I've never heard of Francisco Molina, and I don't know how Amazon Spain operates. I will say, however, that regardless of the make and method of ordering, you, the customer, deserve to receive a new guitar without damage. You state that the guitar was shipped in a cardboard box wrapped in a little bit of that white plasticky 'cloth.' that seems pretty flimsy for shipment internationally. Was a guitar case provided with the guitar in it, with the cardboard box encasing the guitar case? Or was it just the guitar alone encased in the cardboard box? Either way, I would not accept a damaged guitar. If it were me, I would return it and get a refund. The question is, who is responsible, Amazon Spain or UPS? You spent good money, you deserve an undamaged guitar. Bill
