Just a particular observation: If you get amiamiamiami quickly or slowly, i thinks it's more about each person skill and way of pratice than a particular exercise itself. I would recommend that you do the arpeggios planting the fingers and stacatto (if you don't know none about what i just write, see the "Pumping Nylon" DVD and Book). Very slow at the beggining, and when you see it is perfect you can then raise the tempo, always following this instruction about the pratice (praticing until it's perfect then raising the tempo). I usually pratice technique using the repertoire, selecting interesting passages of falsetas and pieces, and i think this is the best way to pratice, but in your case you can do just fine starting with simple exercises, i recommend the arpeggio exercises of the book "Juan Lorenzo - 200 Exercises for the Flamenco Guitar", but there's a lot of good exercises for that matter, like the famous Giuliani's 120 Arpeggio Studies, the Carlevaro's arpeggio exercises and so on.

Nuñez has great examples in his Encuentro video, especially the one he describes as developing the barre (cejilla with index).
