Can I make a simple drum sander from a pizza roller with a drill or laminate trimmer?

I need something simple and accurate enough for sanding the sides only.

I made a manual sander for the heel by gluing sandpaper to a kitchen rolling pin.

You could try this - I am no expert but I would prefer more control.

I want to make it fixed to a piece of wood to sand the side to 2 mm before bending it.

That is a good question Ahmed. Can you make a drum sander from those things?

I need to know the right method but I don't know how and how actually it should be done.

There are lots of DIY (do it yourself) plans for drum sanders on the net. Just do a search and pick the one you think is best for you.

If you have a drill press, you might try the Safe-T-Planer, available from StewMac.com.

At a guess there is no right way. Make something and see if works. Then make improvements from there. Others wise I just did a google search for a home made drum sander and got loads of options.
