By what I've read, the flamenco "summer festivals" in Andalusia in the 1960s - 1980s were quite something... Looks like this is no longer the case... Has anyone gone to a flamenco summer festival in Spain recently...? I mean not the big fancy events but the festivals of smaller towns, where I'd think one could enjoy a more "pure" or "traditional" flamenco...
