Sorry Bernd, I can't answer your question, I don't have the book and it does seems quite hard to find this info through google.

But I did find this series of books now has one for Nino Miguel that I never saw before,

Sorry, it´s not. It states 18 palos, but there aren´t any remarks to something like Alegrías in C etc.

Has anyone a list of the content?

According to this site, you can send an "information request" about the specific contents. The description implies that there will be several different Palo's explored. 18 falsetas is a lot unless it's all bulerias and tangos. [:D]
