I enjoy Richard's humor, he is a quick wit who stimulates my thinking.

I apologize for not further offering this guitar to the list but it was sold to one of my previous customers.

My next program is a two month guitar making course for an old friend of mine, a very fine wood worker, who wants to go back into business, in his retirement.

This could keep me working for awhile, fine tuning his guitars for the market.

I think he will have to give entry level prices for awhile until he builds a reputation.

I'll try to keep the list posted during my class, which starts this coming Monday the 15th.............1-15-18.

I consider all of the four remaining to be really good guitars, but they are all quite different in sound and touch. I like to say that guitars are like fine wine and wonderful women. The better they are, the more individual their character is.

RJ,

While we are on the subject of your guitar collection, I am curious about your steel string acoustic collection. A few years ago you wrote how you admired Doc Watson's style.

So, what steel string acoustics you have laying around your house?

Sorry, no steel strings...no prejudice against them, just never got into them.

Among pros, Michael Chapdelaine is one of the few I know of who goes both ways, very well.

Kept that comment short and sweet, Mr. J.
