What is the word 'doma' or 'tomar' I keep hearing? (Full Version)

This is my first post, so first of all, a warm hello to everybody!

Recently whilst listening to a few tunes I've heard the singer use a word that sounds like 'doma' or 'tomar' most often in passing falcetta's. Can anyone enlighten me on what, if anything, this word means?

I'm curious as I've starting learning Spanish and haven't come across this word word before.

Welcome!
It's just toma.
You'll hear "toma que toma!" A lot to.
Literally just means "take it". But it's just another jaleo now that people say when the feeling is right.

Could be traslated like 'come on'? I think so...
