anybody know where I can find one of these?

the traditional ones make it difficult to voice some chords.
cheers,

Dan.

Although not as common, there are also traditional cejillas that are smaller. They have a low profile and a small knob. I find them non-intrusive.

i was thinking of the one ricardo uses in this video, maybe I should just ask him....

There's also the option of the traditional cejilla with the knob slightly displaced to one side (not in the middle). They're expensive for what they're worth IMO but they get the job done.
As for flat cejillas, I've always had trouble with the ones that tighten on the side. The ones I've tried tend to not exert as much pressure as a traditional capo but it may just be the ones I tried.
Could you post the video of Ricardo you mentioned or a link to it so we can see what you're talking about?

I use this one and it works great. Quick to change positions and I can "store" in- between the nut and tuners when I'm playing in open position.

Planet Waves NS Classical Guitar Capo PW-CP-04. You can purchase it at Strings By Mail...

El Frijolito -> RE: side tightening cejillas (Mar. 11 2016 17:29:28)

There are these 'traditional-type' cejillas with the tightening peg off to the side, but still on the strings side of the instrument:

La Sonanta - Capos

... and then there's this cheaper alternative...

D'Addario Planet Waves Classical Capo

...not sure if either of these is the sort of thing you're looking for, but hope this helps...

56 Euros is pretty steep. But I was looking at making myself one, and the peghole reaming tool costs almost as much.
