Hi! It's probably too late but I still can give some advice, so that when someone look for the same thing he will find this post! There are a lot of tablaos, the most famous being El Corral de la Moreria (expensive, good but very touristic), Las Carboneras (never been), Casa Patas (cheaper and very good). The Circulo Flamenco de Madrid organize some concert with big artists, usually it's pretty expensive but very nice. In the "Sala Garcia Lorca" de Casa Patas you can also see famous artists. The Berlin Café organizes very nice flamenco jam session on wednesday night with artists such as Alain Perez, Jorge Pardo, Paquete, Sabu Porrina, Petete, David de Jacoba.. Depending on the programs but it's always very good. There are also usually flamenco/jazz concerts (Josemi Carmona, Javier Colina, Jorge Pardo, ...). Then in Lavapiés you have "El Candela". There you can see flamenco show at a cheap price and it's also a "flamenco rumba club" where you can dance all night long. Secret thing about this place is that if you manage to sneak into the basement there are sometimes gypsies reunion and very good flamenco.. There is also a bar called "El Tasco de Blues" in the Calle Salitre (Lavapies) where you can see gypsies and amateur play flamenco very late in the night (it's kind of "underground" nothing organized, just some gypsies playing for fun but it can be amazing) Hope it will be useful to anyone!
