Goldwinghai -> Hello from Virginia (Mar. 17 2015 2:00:08)

I used to play classical music but quit some 30 years ago due to loss of interest plus the fact that my fingers became double jointed and heavy. I also got interested in electric guitars about 10 years ago, bought a PRS, 2 Gretsch's, a Strat and a Schecter, then again I lost interest and sold them. Now the guitar itch happens again, but this time it's flamenco. Had my first lesson last week. Currently I have a Corboba CWE-S which I bought 10 years ago but plan to get better one, perhaps a Camps Primera... so the flamenco journey begins. I've been surfing this forum and now just decided to join.

I trust you know about the many opportunities to see and hear flamenco in the DC area. If not, they're there. FYI.

I used to live in Great Falls, VA and worked in McLean - a nice place to be.
