Hombre, this interview was printed in may 2000. That´s nearly 15 years. Nothing is as old as yesterday´s newspaper [;)]

Nevertheless, there probably are many Foro members who would enjoy reading about how Paco Pena approaches flamenco and how he developed his style. Paco Pena is my favorite performer running the flamenco guitar circuit. I have seen him perform in person twice, and on both occasions appreciated his attention to the more traditional style of playing. The interview may be 15 years old, but it still has value.

Nice interview to savour with coffee and a hangover, cheers.

I like the traditional style, too, and have some transcriptions from Alain Faucher. Regarding information I always look how old they are. But these subjects do not deal with flamenco. I haven´t read the interview, so I have to admit that I´ve been a step too fast and promise improvement [;)]
