I almost completed my guitar,but I have a question
should I make all the strings from the nut to the 12th fret 32.5 cm(in case of 650mm scale) or 5th and 6th strings should be more?

The distance from the nut to the center (crown) of the 12th fret should be 325mm (32.5cm).

It's the distance from the center (crown) of the 12th fret to the front edge of the saddle that is debatable. Generally it should be a tiny bit greater than 325mm, though I find that with low action, the necessary rounding over of the saddle is enough compensation.
