That's a good description of Jesse Cook's music, yes. He's normally known for his poppy-rumbas, but this solo piece is basically Spanishy noodling using flamenco techniques. Admittedly I did skip through it but I hear no signature toque libre references either in terms of licks or or tonality. So yeah, off topic really. His music has been discussed here a few times, Ramzi does a few of his numbers. Have to admit I gig with one of his numbers too, easy listening for restaurant gigs...
