Such difficult stuff, but really nice and hard edged. It reminds me of how influential Pepe Habichuela is with the opening stuff that is like the Solea on a Mandeli.

I was just saying this solea on A Mandeli ( first cut) shows lots ideas in the area of the fingerboard that many people worked with.

I concur with all. I’m sure after Paco everyone had their borrowed/spin on things. My intention was not to start a “who’s Solea is it really?”. Manolos stuff is hard to play, and it sounds great. Just noticed that some of the cierres on Manolos solea were similar to Requeni. Great post and info guys, Thanks.
