A Venezuelan piece arranged by Antonio Lauro

I really like it Juan! Great job!

Thanks Lenador. Glad you liked it. If only the guitar would stay in tune though. Nothing new I guess...[:@]

That was brilliant, Juan. Looks like a very complicated piece for the left & right hand, but as usual, it looks like a piece of cake when you play it. [:D] Olé el Colombiano! [8D]

Thanks for the comment Ramzi. Actually it's not that hard of a piece for either hand. The second section is a bit tricky though.

Hmm, Juan, that piece calls for rubato and occasional lingering on dramatic points, IMO. These bring out the nostalgic and dreamy character. It comes off as robotic without those touches. Also, those ornaments sound like they are too hard as well as loud when every note is played and should be slurred (I have not played the piece, so just guessing). I hope you'll forgive me--you didn't ask for a critique.

Adam Holzman does a good job on this piece:

Hey Miguel. I definitely agree with the point you made about rubato but the piece was not fully 100 percent in my hands. I was reading it as you could probably tell. I'm actually aware of the slurs in the second part but tried to experiment but in the end I think it's better to slur. Please feel free to tear me apart if the critique has validity. It can only help.

Totally honest, I actually like it better on a meter. The rubato version was almost immediately boring to me. Juans version felt exciting.......

Nice job from me as well, but you could have tuned the guitar a bit more precisely.
