Why be specific, should be able to cover it under general household insurance, no problem. Mine was, when I had insurance[:D]

Just give them a call.
I'm sure they'll be happy to arrange something for you...insurance is their business!
You may have to pay an extra premium, especially since you are travelling with the guitar.
I know about the limit, like £1000 max on instruments etc under their usual Householder policy, but once I phoned my insurance company up to specifically insure my guitars and they said to send in the receipts or an official valuation letter and they'd insure them to that value at no extra cost!
