In addition to Casa Patas, e.g: http://www.tablaolascarboneras.com/ http://torresbermejas.com/en http://www.chinitas.com/ http://www.corraldelamoreria.com/ There used to be a peña (La Soleá) but it seems to have died out some time ago. You could ask at El Flamenco Vive, those guys usually know what's going on.
