keith -> RE: Picado and penis size (Feb. 21 2014 13:15:18) for picado, having a d2/d4 ratio greater than 1 would, in theory, be best as the index finger (d2) would be closer to the length of the middle finger. according to a south korean researcher, men with a d2/d4 ratio greater than 1 generally have smaller penises. penile length and d2/d4 research has been very limited but, in theory, given the research and explanations in d2/d4 ratio and physical and psychological health, there may be some basis for the south korean conclusion.
