Paul Magnussen -> Sabicas — Variaciones por soleá (Jan. 21 2014 18:27:59) Oscar Herrero plays this Sabicas piece on his tribute to Sabas & Esteban Sanlúcar, 1912. Does anyone know what album the original might be on? I can’t locate it — somewhat to my surprise, as I thought I knew Sabas's discography quite well. Evidently I was wrong.

eg.czerny -> RE: Sabicas — Variaciones por soleá (Jan. 28 2014 18:14:37) For the most part this is Aires de Puerto Real from the Rey del Flamenco album. Sabicas didn't have any tremolo and I am sure there are lots of other differences so perhaps this is where the variation comes in.
