Sadly, Silverio passed away last week. He was only 48 and leaves 3 children, all of whom can sing and dance. As he spent much time in New York, I imagine that he is known to several people here. RIP amigo.

Yes, heard this last week, very sad. I think he was the first real cantaor I ever got to play for back in 1999. Learned a lot.
