wanabee -> play guitar in London (Dec. 29 2013 10:43:47)

Hello any/everyone. I live in London and do flamenco. I was thinking the only thing I'm missing (& it's probably the most important element) is playing with other guitarists. I can send clips of me playing if anyone wants to see how good I am (I'd say intermediate). Technique getting very good, not so good at rhythm. I sent a clip to Lenador once, and he's a solid member of forum, so one can ask him if one wishes (I'm a technological Luddite, so don't (can't?) record myself, etc. I have an abundance of material that you won't believe (every Encuentro, etc.), but all hard copy. I have picked out Javier Conde's version of Vals Flamenco (almost to a tee, I believe) and can show people how to play it, etc. I think my learning will double in speed if playing with others. I have no job, no responsibilities, and just practice. If anyone is intermediate on & lives in London do they want to meet up & play guitar (doesn't have to be just one person, any amount of people I suppose). And who knows, we might start off a guitar thing. Playing with others is like having free lessons; even if someone is worse than you, one learns from showing how as well as from 'learning.' We can play at my house, or I can travel to others. If anyone's interested reply to thread (sorry, that's obvious).
