Probably many of you are familiar with her, but her videos have to be the best in the nylon string world

She is beautiful!

I wonder why russians are so great classical guitar players but on other types of guitar they don't really shine

Yes, like Grisha [:D]

She is great. I wish I could play like her. Very musical and controlled.

What do you mean?
you don't have control?

JohnWalshGuitar -> RE: Tatyana Rizkohva (Jul. 7 2014 10:03:48)

I played at a guitar festival last year with Tatyana.
She is a fantastic player buzzing with energy and positivity and was very curious about the whole flamenco world.
I think she's from Belarus if i remember correctly.
In her concert, she sang 3 folky songs that she composed too. Not often I've seen that in a classical guitar concert

Not over such a wide variety of nuances. I am sloppy in comparison.

I like your playing better myself, although I love her playing. Im more into flamenco, I was just referring to her videos themselves. Shes very beautiful personally and then the set and the cameras and everything are just fantastic

Being convinced by one´s own appearance certainly helps with relaxing.
And a blend of that with a focus on the music seems a great recipe.

Thus, if Grisha feels to be missing some of her merit, maybe we should tell him that he looks like Brad Pit, or even better. :O)

I for my part appreciate her control, but think to prefer the performance of Ana Vidovic.

Remarkable how Mr. Hauser managed to consistantly put that `clay sounding´quality in his axes. Very special to my ears.
