I noticed too. I was taken aback by it and I wonder how much sense it makes historically, I guess it does to some degree since I know a lot of the early Caribbean settlers came from Andalucia, however given how little we know about flamenco in the 18th century, it just seems a bit off. But it's not like the game doesn't also take a lot of other historical liberties, so yeah. At least the recordings are by real flamencos and not some fakemenco "Romantic Spanish Guitar vol. 383" stuff. They're good though they do sound too modern, though only people like us will care...
