Hello!
I live in Minnesota where the room humidity drops below 25%. I just got a brand new francisco navarro and i am absolutely in love with it.

What do you guys use for a room humidifier?

It is for a studio apartment. I already have a case humidifier and multiple hygrometers. I am just afraid to take it out to play it:)

Thank you!

I live in a similar environment to yours, in Canada.

Also have several Mexican-built guitars like yours. I don't store them in their cases. I have them hung from the shower rail in a spare bathroom.

I use an ultrasonic cool-mist humidifier that allows me to regulate the humidity in the bathroom to about 38% - 42 %. I use distilled water from the local pharmacy. A 4-litre container lasts about a month. The humidifier is on a timer 12 hours ON and 12 OFF.

It has worked well for several years.

If you do a SEARCH here on the Foro, you'll find lots of useful stuff on guitar humidification.

Good luck with your new guitar.
