If one were to acquire a music book that should have a CD included with it, but didn't, is there any way to get a copy of the missing CD? (And this is assuming that all online resources have all been exhausted.)

You could ask here ... someone might be able to email you a copy if you said what book it was ...

I actually have two that didn't have CD's with them.

1) Juan Serrano Flamenco Guitar Solos

2) Juan Serrano Flamenco Concert Selections

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you contacted the publishers of the books?
They may be able to supply replacements

Mel Bay said that they do not furnish CD's sepperately, I'd have to repurchase the books with the audio media included.
