look for other videos
he's playing a straight 3/4 rhythm, nothing to do with alegrías


that's a great video, you don't need to play with them, just try to find the accents.

Are you trying to learn alegrias?

Learn to clap along with the accents on this track:

Once you can do that, look up some YouTube clips of alegrias by established players, and learn to clap out the same rhythmic pattern as above. Here's one:
