Kalo -> Cordoba Cutaway (Jul. 27 2013 22:36:07)

Hi All, I went to Guitar Center today to check out the selection of flamenco guitars that were in stock! On stock was a Manual Rodriguez, Yamaha 172 sf, Kremona Rosa Negra, and Cordoba Cutaway flamenco guitar! Out of the four guitars, I played the Cordoba Cutaway was the best out of them. The other guitars mention were horrible! Especially the Yamaha 172 and the Kremona Rosa Negra, and then Manual Rodriguez. The Cordoba has a 50mm nut with a 41mm to 42mm spacing between strings. The bridge was a 60mm just like all the other flamenco guitars I tried. I currently now have the money for a handmade guitar, but, being on a part time budget, I am just afraid to spend it. I was thinking that I might just buy a Cordoba cutaway and save a little bit more money for a handmade flamenco guitar. The only thing I am concerned about is how this guitar will hold up! I've heard stories that after the 30 days were up the neck warped and or the bridge sunk. Again I am not saying I am going to purchase it, but, I will say out of the four traditional guitars I tried this one was the better. Thanks, Kalo
