Hi Jeff,

If you go to this website, there is a lot of music in tabs etc.
Scroll down to flamenco, you will see a lot of artists. For instand Paco Peña, Medina Azahara, is a nice Granainas

Faucher's book of transcriptions by Gerardo Núñez includes one for "La cartuja" (El gallo azul).
