Just recently I discovered a website that just sells stuff for nails and having tried their combo pack, I'm impressed. If anyone's interested: http://guitarplayernails.com/index.php?cPath=65

If it's already common knowledge, my apologies. Tried their preformed nails and glue and was surprised how natural they feel, now I don't have to buy women's toe nails at Sally's Beauty supply. Anyway check it out!

I used those nails for about 3 months but I got tired of them. They have a great sound indeed, but they took me too much time to prepare and I kept getting my fingers covered with the excess glue. The only thing of their kit I still use is the super glue, which is excellent.

Someone here on the Foro talked about this the other day, can't remember who it was. Grisha has also used those nails but I don't know if he still does.

By the way, how much time does it takes for you guys to cut the plastic, shape it, glue it to the nail and to smooth the rough edges, for all 4 nails? I'm sure it's not 5 minutes per nail, as they advertised. At least it wasn't for me.

Thanks for the link... in my dance accompanying years (20 years ago) i often spend a lot of time on repairing/protecting my nails. Repairing a broken nail sometimes did cost me over an hour (applying multiple layers of silk with super glue).... sometimes the result lasted for 4 weeks, sometimes it had to be done again after 1 hour :-(

Yes it does take a long time to fix nails. I'm hoping I'll get better as I do more and more, but it's a pain in the ass. Here in California there are many nail salons that I guess do repair nails pretty inexpensively, and maybe at some point I'll go there. But for now I appreciate having a more professional approach with its own website.
