The new Brazilian/spruce flamenco w/double top (nomax) received from Glenn is for me in a class by itself. I have a number of guitars including other outstanding Canins' but this one is even more special. Glenn's guitars are known for their percussive and powerful qualities. This double top has that, and more, plus a level of incomparable clarity on every string, up and down the neck. The guitar does have slightly more sustain than others but because of its clarity and precision there is no compromise in its flamenco nature. Also the guitar is beautiful and has a very comfortable low and fast action. The traditionalist on this forum will certainly be skeptical about a "nomax" flamenco, and this is well and good, but I believe we will see more of these fine guitars.(back photo)
