1) I would say zoque. The heel is called el tacón. But zoque also means the whole block you glue on the the neck blank before you start the carving. But this is Spain and noone cares or find it to be important to use the totally correct words. 2) Handmade guitar guitar would be guitarra hecha a mano. Guitarra de artesanía is a guitar made by an artesan. This question has totally los its value, because when shops receive the cheapest valencia guitars, they always come in a box saying guitarras de artesanía and Guitarra hecha a mano. Artesanía is a very wide expression in Spain. When you buy factory made bisquits or other sweets, they use words like tradición and artesanía to describe the crap they are selling. You are allowed to use whatever word you like in Spain (more or less). Its ok to call a normal combustion engine car for an ecological car. The inflation is then total. What can be less ecological than a petrol driven car. In Denmark and many other countries, that would be forbidden by law and its taken serious.
