Same old Farruca but still good.

I love it. His tremolo is so good it makes me angry though. [:@]

Funny you say that. In my opinion, he has the best tremolo among all the players. So equally separated.

I've been listening to tremolos lately in transcribe at 50% and his is just perfect, it's craziness...

I agree about Paco's Tremelos, perfectly spaced. The sound quality of that broadcast's performance was pretty bad, which is unfortunate, as the average listener won't know this. But, it is still cool to see our art form getting some recognition!

Can anyone tell what kind of guitar he is playing? What does Paco usually play on?

He's doing i-a-i picados. Great stuff. Rasgueados and tremolo are surely his strongest techniques. [:D]

It is a Gerundino Fernandez

He gives a short lesson there, too:

Hes a great player, very accurate and precise. Mastered technique but his material is always nearly note for note from Sabicas.

Not strictly true - a common misconception though. He's had a 50 year career and recorded countless albums, filled with his own compositions.

He does quote the masters from time to time - as he has done here. The farruca he plays in these videos is obviously Punta y Tancon by Sabicas.
